A. Once your password has expired, you cannot access webmail to do this, so please change you password when prompted to do so.
NOTE: This procedure will change your Cox login on your office computer and your COX-VPN password also so be advised.
1. Open your webmail
2. On the bottom left of the page, click on options and scroll down to "Change Password",
3. Click, and follow the instructions.

Account : your login name
