Room Reservations

The Cox Technology office reserves most of the classrooms and meeting facilities in the buildings that comprise the Cox School - the Maguire, Crow, and Fincher buildings.  Reservations are limited to Cox School events. Students are not allowed to reserve rooms for study groups; they must use available study rooms on a first-come, first-serve basis. Organized student clubs are allowed to reserve classrooms, but they must state the name of their organization as well as their faculty sponsor when making requests. To request a room for your class or event, send an email with the requested date, beginning and ending times, type of facility needed or room preference, your name and phone number to: rooms@cox.smu.edu . Cox classrooms are locked at the end of each day's regularly scheduled classes and events to prevent unauthorized use and to keep our systems secure.

Cox graduate students are allowed to reserve rooms in the Collins Center for study groups.  Send information to: collinsrooms@cox.smu.edu.
