Recruiting MBAs: On-Campus Recruiting

Our on-campus recruiting program gives you a convenient, cost-effective way to select students for full-time or summer employment. You can schedule recruiting visits during the fall and spring semesters—and we'll take care of every detail.

• Pre-selection. We'll post your positions on eCMC and collect resumes from students who'd like to be considered for an interview. You review these resumes and select the candidates you'd like to meet.
• Scheduling. Our office will coordinate the interview schedule with you and provide an interview room for your use.
• Information sessions and receptions. An afternoon presentation about your company and its open positions can be a powerful way to build student awareness and interest. We can coordinate scheduling, space and catering for these events, usually held Monday through Thursday from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
