Recruiting Cox Undergraduates
The SMU Cox School of Business is recognized annually as one of the top undergraduate programs in the country. To help you find the most qualified candidates for your full-time or internship position, we offer several recruiting options such as an online job posting service, e-mail job announcement service, on-campus interviews and information sessions, career fairs, and customized events to build brand awareness for your organization. In addition, we can recommend other campus resources to help you network and connect with Cox undergraduates. Internship Information
An internship is defined as a career-related learning experience that provides exposure and skill development in an occupation and/or industry. Internships may be completed in the summer, fall, or spring. The average internship salary is $16.23 per hour for 10-20 hours per week during the academic year, and 20-40 hours per week in the summer. Over 90% of the Cox internships are paid opportunities.

To post internships or jobs, please visit our shared university-wide undergraduate job board, MustangTRAK, at www.hireamustang.org and select the employer portal. After your account is approved, you will be able to post jobs on the site, register for career fairs and other events, schedule information sessions and interview dates and manage the interview process for your candidates. On-Campus Recruiting & Interviewing:

Communicating Openings to Cox Students:
Posting opportunities on the MustangTRAK system is the ideal way to notify SMU-Cox School of Business students about your opportunities. The students use and search MustangTRAK regularly to monitor and apply for open positions. In addition, organizations may submit information to include in the weekly e-news bulletin distributed to all Cox students, faculty and staff.
