How do I submit my GMAT score?
You have the opportunity to request for your score to be sent to up to 5 schools and can include Cox on that list when you first take the test. Do you need my official GMAT score to review my application or can I send a copy of my unofficial score report?

How much does the GMAT score count in admissions?
While the GMAT is an important piece of the application and should be taken seriously, it is still only one piece of your overall profile. The Admissions Committee reviews each application in its entirety taking the overall application into consideration.
Do you average the GMAT score if I take it more than once?
The Admissions Committee will consider the highest total GMAT score submitted by an applicant.
If my score is lower than your GMAT range, should I apply?
The GMAT range provided in our Student Profile section is a picture of the middle 80% of students in the most recent entering classes. Because the GMAT is not the sole factor in an admissions decision, we have admitted students with scores below those in our range. If you feel confident in the overall picture your application demonstrates and feel you are a competitive candidate, we encourage you to apply.
Do you offer GMAT prep courses?
Yes! Some workshops are even free. The GMAT test prep sessions are offered through SMU. For more information visit http://smu.edu/education/testprep/
