The O’Neil Center Presents John Stossel

John Stossel stands apart from the liberal media crowd. He gets his facts right, and he recognizes the value of economic freedom. This exceptional, well-informed and entertaining journalist will be at SMU March 30 to give a rousing speech at a luncheon sponsored by the William J. O’Neil Center for Global Markets and Freedom.

In his long career in the news business, Stossel has contributed in-depth special reports and recurring segments on a range of important topics, most notably on ABC’s primetime newsmagazine show, 20/20. Stossel continues his work today with his unique and refreshing pro-business segments on Fox, where he clearly articulates the dangers of big government, unions, regulation and other affronts to America’s free enterprise tradition. Stossel’s message is crucial to reviving economic freedom in America.

Sponsorships, tables for 10 guests and individual tickets are available for the O’Neil Center’s John Stossel event, scheduled for Wednesday, March 30 at 11:30 a.m. at SMU’s James M. Collins Center. Proceeds will support the O’Neil Center’s student and external relations programs. For information, please call Laran O’Neill, 214-768-4988. add event to my calendar
