SMU Cox recognized by Forbes among top business schools for ROI.
Top 25 ranking featured in August pub
Business schools have come under fire in recent years for the financial crisis, while the implosion of firms like Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns robbed graduates of traditional employment landing spots. A business degree at a leading school can seem expensive, but it still pays off.
Why? B-School is still one of the best ways to jump start your career and hiring has picked up after two lackluster years, with 57% already having a job offer three months before graduation, compared to 40% in 2010, according to a survey by the Graduate Management Admission Council, which administers the GMAT exam.
The Forbes ranking of M.B.A. programs focuses on the return on investment that graduates receive attending business school.

Cox at Work
The SMU Cox Graduate Marketing Certificate Program is unlike anything offered in executive education in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
The program is differentiated by its integration of academic and hands-on learning. Classes are taught through a combination of methods, including the use of an MBA-level marketing textbook, case studies, team projects, and classroom discussions.
We draw from the best of the Cox faculty and community business leaders to instruct GMCP courses. All participants have access to instructors and the program director to answer questions and provide insights. Many companies enroll their emerging leaders annually in the GMCP for continual development.
