• Is the global trip required?

Yes. It is a 3 credit hour course.

• How many years of work experience do I need to qualify?

Strong candidates for the Executive MBA Program should have at least 8 years.

• Do I need to take the GMAT?

It is not required.

• I've been out of school for a long time. Are there ways you help us prepare for the program?

Yes! Along with tutorials for Accounting, Statistics, and Finance, we have workshops in Advanced Reading Skills. During Orientation, we also provide tips on how to study effectively.

• When does the program start?

The next class starts in August of 2012.

• When are classes?

Classes are held on alternating weekends. The classes are from 8:00-11:45 a.m. and 1:15-5:00 p.m. Fridays and 8:00-11:45 a.m. and 12:45-4:30 p.m. Saturdays. You attend both sessions on each day.

• How much is the program and what does that amount include?

The Cox Executive MBA Program tuition for the entering class of Fall 2012 has not yet been decided. Tuition for the class that commenced in August 2011 was $101,325. The tuition covers the cost of textbooks, materials, use of the Business Information Center, parking, meals on each class day, airfare, lodging and some meals associated with the required global trip. In addition there is a $2,800 nonrefundable payment (not applied towards tuition) that guarantees your place in the class.
