Cox Distinguished Business Leader
Open to current members of the Cox Leadership Forum who have completed the following requirements:
- Earned a total of 20 BLC credits
- Held a leadership role (formal or informal) either at Cox, within their community (non-profit board of directors, church leadership, etc.); or a leadership role taken at work that isn't a part of their job description (ad hoc committee, etc.). See the CDBL application for a full explanation.
- Demonstrated servant leadership by completing four hours of a community service project after the Cox Leadership Forum level was reached. This service may be completed at a non-profit organization such as a local charity, church, synagogue, etc.
