Mission Statement

Cox BBA Career Services, in partnership with Hegi Family Career Development Center, educates, prepares and equips students with skills to identify and achieve life long career goals.

We have 4 career counselors who meet with students individually to help with defining interests, exploring career options, choosing a major, preparing for your job search, and other career related issues. All students admitted into the Cox School of Business are encouraged to see a Career Counselor as a sophomore to discuss careers and to map out a career plan.

We are here to help you with questions and concerns such as:

• Wondering what type of career you can pursue with a business degree?
• Know your major but not sure of your career direction?
• Thinking of getting an internship?
• Need help with salary information, writing a resume, or preparing for an interview?

In conjunction with the University's Hegi Family Career Development Center, we offer career fairs, workshops and special events focused on providing exposure to various careers and developing job search and networking skills.
