Incoming BBA Orientation: Required Workshop

The "Introduction to the Business Library" workshop is the BIC component of the required BBA Orientation for incoming BBAs. This one-hour workshop, taught by a BIC Librarian, is limited to 30 participants and may be cancelled if fewer than eight students sign up.

Registration Process

You must register for the workshop by using the online form below. Check the appropriate box in the "Status" column of the workshop that you wish to attend. At the end of this page supply your contact information and then click the "Submit" button. You are not actually registered for a workshop until you receive a confirmation e-mail.

Business Library

Introduction to the Business Library: Required library workshop for incoming BBAs. This workshop will introduce the resources and services available to students through the BIC. Students will learn why the BIC is essential to success in their academic careers at Cox, explore the BIC Web site and two basic electronic library resources. A brief culminating activity will allow students to explore skills learned during the workshop.
