Company Websites- Navigate to the site for the company and look for mission statements, diversity commitments, recent news releases, and locations of operations. Be aware that all information is from the Company’s point of view.
GENERAL COMPANY INFORMATION
Company Information at Yahoo Find company profiles from Capital IQ.
Hoover's Online This database features links to news, lists, stock quotes, global industry overviews, more than 13,500 brief company capsules, and more than 3,500 full company profiles. [EZ]
MERGENT Online U.S. and International company data, SEC filings, and annual reports, some with color images. [EZ]
Mergent Industry Review. This comprehensive statistical reference offers comparative figures and rankings on 6,000 companies in 137 industry groups. (BIC Reference)
National Charity Reports Index- Contains Better Business Bureau "Wise Giving Alliance reports on charities and other soliciting organizations that solicit nationally."
Value Line. Company and industry reports, timeliness rank changes, supplementary reports, weekly stock screens and all other information. (Ask for Value Line at the BIC Circulation Desk.)

Dun & Bradstreet Million Dollar Database Use this database to find directory information on over 1,000,000 leading public and private U.S. companies. [EZ]
LexisNexis After performing a ‘Company Information’ search, use the ‘Focus’ feature to narrow in on a term (ex: legal to find lawsuits, etc.). [EZ]
NEWS AND ARTICLE RESOURCES
BizJournals Search business articles featured in regional business publications. Registration required.
ABI/INFORM Use the advanced search feature to search by company. Locate news and analysis, information on local markets, and more gathered from major business tabloids, magazines, daily newspapers, wire services, and city, state, and regional business publications. [EZ]
Business Source Premier Select ticker from the dropdown menu to search nearly 2,280 scholarly business journals covering management, economics, finance, accounting, international business and more. [EZ]
