Limited Membership Opportunities Members of the HR Roundtable will join an exclusive forum of leaders in the human resource field. As an associate, you will be part of a roundtable that provides an opportunity for executives to dialogue with their peers on pertinent topics as well as discussions regarding strategic people issues. With SMU as host, the Roundtable has entrée to some of the latest findings in academic research and a renowned pool of speakers.
In Good Company Members are selected on the basis of their reputation in the HR community as well as the reputation of the organizations they serve. As a member you will have access to the latest studies in the field and the ability to network with people who are on the cutting edge of HR trends. Current members include prominent North Texas organizations such as Club Corp, Bank One, Hunt Oil, Fidelity Investments, Centex and PepsiCo.
Meet and Retreat As the Roundtable is exclusive and limited to senior HR executives is limited to 100 top executives. Currently there are 65 charter members. This intimate group of senior level managers meets three times a year on the SMU campus in Dallas. And every fall, the group gathers for its annual weekend retreat with 40-50 people in enchanting Santa Fe, New Mexico. As a member, you’re invited to all meetings as well as the retreat.
