About the SMU COX HR Roundtable

This group of HR executives shares their knowledge and expertise in the examination of current and future Human Resources issues and opportunities. Our purpose is to provide a continuing forum as a means for this select group of executives to exchange ideas with their peers on a regular basis.
The SMU COX HR Roundtable meets quarterly to look at strategic people issues. Participants are limited to the senior HR person in their organization or company. Members are selected on the basis of their stature in the Human Resources community as well as the reputation of the recognized organizations they serve.

Members’ experiences and professionalism are a valued part of this exciting undertaking. With SMU as the sponsor, the Roundtable has access to some of the latest findings in academic research and a renowned pool of speakers.
ABOUT THE SMU COX HR ROUNDTABLE
- Limited to the senior HR person in an organization or company
- Currently 75 charter members - intimate size and senior level
- Hosted and administered by the SMU Cox School of Business
- Holds annual fall weekend retreat with expected attendance of 40-50 people
- Meets quarterly at the James M. Collins Executive Center on the main SMU campus, central to major Dallas business.
