Recruiting Services

The MBA Career Management Center is uniquely positioned to help you find the right candidates at the Cox School. The small size of each entering class means we work closely with our students, allowing us to match their qualifications with your needs for full-time, summer or part-time employment. The following describes our basic services, but we realize that your needs may require more personalized attention.

On-Campus Recruiting:
Our on-campus recruiting program offers a convenient and cost-effective means for recruiters to select and interview students for full-time or summer employment. Recruiting visits can be scheduled during the fall and spring semesters. We will coordinate your interview schedules and provide interviewing rooms.

Off-Campus Recruiting:
Many recruiters, especially those who are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, interview candidates at their offices. Our office can assist you in this process as well.

Other Job Postings:
Full-time MBA level positions that represent your immediate hiring needs may be posted on our web site for advertising to Professional and Executive MBA students and MBA alumni. Internship opportunities and part-time positions that occur during the regular academic year (September to May) are coordinated through the CMC. Post an MBA job.

MBA Career Fair:
The Cox MBA Career Fair provides recruiters an opportunity to meet MBA students from one of the premier graduate business programs in the country. The Career Fair will focus on first and second Year MBA students seeking summer internships and full-time opportunities and is of no cost to employers!

Annual Resume Book:
The MBA Career Management Center is proud to present the resumes of our first and second year MBA students in resume books that provide recruiters with a review of our students’ professional and educational backgrounds and skills. Resume Books are available hard copy and online. (Second year MBA Resume Books are available in September and first year MBA Resume Books are available in November.)

Cox MBA Recruiting Strategy Sessions: CMC Staff members are available to discuss with you and your team recruiting strategies specifically targeted to Cox MBA students. These sessions can occur at any time during the academic year and are an excellent method of maximizing your recruiting potential.  For further information, please contact Jan LaDue.
