Master of Science in Management (MSM)
The Cox Master of Science in Management program is designed for high-potential employees who require basic business training to achieve their professional goals but for whom the traditional MBA is not the best fit. The Master of Science in Management (MSM) program would be a good fit if you are:
- Pursuing a focused career in an industry like telecommunications, aerospace and defense, or IT services, and you need to develop basic budgeting, management, financial, and strategic planning skills to assume a leadership position within your chosen discipline, or
- Working in another field, do not have an undergraduate degree in business, and need to be able to “speak” the basic language of business to advance your career.
