First Year
To give you the strongest management foundation possible, the first year focuses on a wide body of knowledge included in the General Management Concentration, such as accounting, economics, statistics, finance, marketing, organization behavior, operations, and team interaction skills.

Transfer Credits and Course Waivers
In certain cases, and at entrance only, the Cox School may grant an incoming student with transfer credit (up to 8 credit hours from an AACSB-accredited university) and/or a waiver of core courses (due to professional certification, etc). A form must be filed with the registrar prior to beginning classes and will then be reviewed for approval.
