EXECUTIVE MBA (EMBA)

Collaboration by Design
The Cox School consistently attracts experienced, successful business leaders to our EMBA program. In 2004, Financial Times ranked the Cox EMBA program #1 in the United States for enrolling the most experienced students, and #10 for highest salaries five years after graduation. The Class of 2007 has an average of 15 years of professional experience. Recent classes have included C-level executives, directors, consultants, small business owners, and entrepreneurs from every major industry as well as physicians, architects, and attorneys. Approximately 10 percent of our EMBA students commute from outside the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. By attracting experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds, we ensure that you will learn as much from your peers as you will from the faculty.
Although the Cox EMBA program is the largest program in North Texas, classes are divided into two sections and further broken down into study groups of five to seven students. This enables students and faculty to collaborate in intimate classroom settings. Classrooms in the new James M. Collins Executive Education Center are designed to enhance interaction between students and professors, which creates a stimulating learning environment. In addition, our staff is dedicated to supporting and improving the overall EMBA experience for students.
