SMU Cox Faculty Experts: Retail
•Edward Fox is a member of the marketing faculty and W.R. and Judy Howell Director of the JCPenney Center for Retail Excellence. He frequently provides the media with expertise on retail marketing and consumer buying behavior. His recent research focuses on quantitative modeling for retail, supply chain management, shopping behavior, retail assortments, and marketing channels. Professor Fox has recently served as a retailing expert for several stories on Wal-Mart, retail consolidation and competition He has consulted with retailers and manufacturing companies concerning strategic planning, category management and marketing management. •Suzanne Shu, is an assistant professor in the marketing department and specializes in marketing management, marketing Strategy, judgment and decision making, and research in behavioral Science.
