• Charles (Chuck) G. Dannis is an adjunct lecturer and has been a real estate appraiser and consultant since 1972. Dannis co-founded the Dallas-based firm Crosson Dannis, Inc. in 1976. The firm provides real estate appraisal and consultation services throughout the U.S. for many of the nation’s largest real estate lenders and owners. Since 1988, he has taught a course in real estate markets and valuation .
