•David Mauer chairs the Finance department at SMU Cox and serves as the Phyllis Gough Huffington Professor of Finance. He is an expert in real options, corporate finance, financial economics and investing. His current research focuses on corporate financial policy, theory and empirical testing, as well as the

•Michael Vetsuypens is a professor of finance, specializing in corporate and international finance. He can address issues in managerial finance and corporate valuation. •Brian Bruce is an adjunct professor in finance at the Cox School of Business. He is also the Director and Head of Equity Investments at PanAgora Asset Management, the quantitative division of Putnam Investments in Boston. Brian has written or edited eight books and written over 25 articles on investing including the recent “Analysts, Lies and Statistics” which he co-authored with Dr. Mark Bradshaw an accounting professor at Harvard Business School. In addition, he is Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Investing and the Journal of Trading, Editor of the Journal of Behavioral Finance, and on the Editorial Boards of Journal of Practical Financial Economics and Alternative Perspectives on Finance and Accounting.
