This is increasingly dangerous and short-changes personal effectiveness.  Therefore, this seminar will introduce important forms of influences in the work context. Participants will identify their personal influence preferences and develop specific plans for enhancing their own effectiveness.

  • Explain different influence tactics
  • Highlight that choice of tactics should match desired outcome, commitment or compliance.
