This new program for senior-level managers features an intensive hands-on learning experience, maximizing management development and minimizing time away from the office. The program consists of five modules, three onsite modules and two trip modules; one learning trip to New York and one to China. Executive Managment is designed to enhance the experience and judgment of senior managers. Participants will be challenged to think beyond the current realities of their enterprises and look to the future for global business opportunity. Graduates of this program will be prepared to lead with vision as they prepare for the highest levels of firm contribution. Graduates will also become Cox alumni and will be entilted to all benefits that this entails.
