Cancellation Policy - Series Programs
Registration Cut-off- One full working day prior to the start of the program.
Payment Due Date - We request, but don't require, that payment be received at least two weeks prior to the start of the program.
Forms of Payment - Payment by check should be made payable to: SMU Executive Education. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also have the ability to invoice your company.
Cancellations Fees- Participants canceling 15 or more days prior to the start of the program will be assessed a 10 percent cancellation fee. Participants canceling 14 or fewer days prior to the start of the program will be assessed a 50 percent cancellation fee. Participants who are registered yet fail to attend, as well as those who do not complete the program, will not be eligible for refunds.
Transfer Fees - Participants wishing to transfer to a later date will be assessed a $100 fee plus any increase in the price of the program.
Substitutions - Companies may substitute participants at any time prior to the start of the program without penalty.
Discounts - Companies signing up more than one person at the same time for the same run of a program will receive a discount as follows: 1st person at full price, each additional person receives a $200 discount for the same seminar and same session. Applications must be received together to obtain the discount.
