Objectives for Strategic Human Resource Management

This session allows participants to directly interact andlearn fromdistinguished practitioners in the field of Strategic Human Resource Management. Combining a case-study instructional approach, along with a question-and-answer period, participants will develop a strong appreciation for some of the many current issues that relate to human resource management. Topics include reward system design; attraction, retention, and motivation issues; career management; and pay-for-performance methods. Previous panel members have hailed from J. C. Penney, Verizon Communications, and other organizations in the area.
