Executive Coaching
- Coaching is a targeted development activity aimed at helping people achieve inspired results, generate long-term excellent performance and optimize well-being.
- A coaching relationship will provide participants with a greater success in achieving their overall desired results and applying the concepts and tools learned in each module.
- Through coaching, participants shift to new ways of being and operating that are sustainable over time.
- One-on-one coaching sessions are conducted over the seven months of the program.
