This powerful new program for high-potentials to senior executives focuses on helping you take your leadership skills from transactional to transformational. Focusing on leadership in organization, group, relationship, and individual levels, this highly-interactive program features an executive coaching component and survey measures that promote lasting behavior change and lead to demonstrated ROI.
Overview
Do you have the skills needed to be a leader in an enterprise organization today? Successful business leaders today – and tomorrow – must have the confidence to initiate action and make sound decisions in organization, group, interpersonal, and individual contexts. They not only understand their organization’s strategic direction, but they can communicate it and engage others. These leaders are skilled at managing relationships within and beyond their organization so that its success is not jeopardized by conflict and low trust.
Unlike many other programs that take you out of the office for an extended period of time and do not provide clear results, Advanced Leadership features work-spaced learning over nine-months, is highly-interactive, focuses on lasting application of learning and behavior change through on-going executive coaching, company sponsor support, peer accountability and the validation of progress and ROI through survey measures and a 360 degree follow-up. The result is that you and your company will see progress and results.
