Cancellation Policy - Residential Programs

Registration Cut-off - One full working day prior to the start of the program. However it is highly recommended that participants register early enough to obtain a visa if traveling internationally.

Payment Due Date - 10 percent of the full program price is due immediately upon acceptance to the program. The balance is requested within one month prior to the program.

Forms of Payment - Payment by check should be made payable to: SMU Executive Execution
We also have the ability to invoice your company. Wires are accepted and please contact us for details.

Cancellations Fees - Participants canceling 15 or more days prior to the start of the program will be assessed a 10 percent cancellation fee. Participants canceling 14 or fewer days prior to the start of the program will be assessed a 50 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations after the start of the program will not be subject to a refund.

Transfer Fees - Participants wishing to transfer to a later date will be assessed a 10 percent fee plus any increase in the price of the program.

Substitutions - Companies may substitute participants at any time prior to the start of the program without penalty.
