Cancellation Policy - Short Programs
Registration Cut-off- One full working day prior to the start of the program.
Payment Due Date - We request, but don't require, that payment be received at least two weeks prior to the start of the program.
Forms of Payment - Payment by check should be made payable to: SMU Executive Education. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellations Fees - Participants canceling 15 or more days prior to the start of the program will be assessed a 10 percent cancellation fee. Participants canceling 14 or fewer days prior to the start of the program will be assessed a 50 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations after the start of the program will not be subject to a refund.
Transfer Fees - Participants wishing to transfer to a later date will be assessed a $50 fee plus any increase in the price of the program.
Substitutions - Companies may substitute participants at any time prior to the start of the program without penalty.
Discounts - Companies registering three or more people for the same program and same session will be extended a 10 percent discount on all participants' fees. Applications must be received together to obtain the discount.
