Module description:
In today’s business world, the focus is on execution. Knowing how to interpret the key business signals to set effective strategy is crucial. Understanding the larger organizational context, including marketplace dynamics, is essential for navigating towards continuously improving bottom line results. These three days of discussion, activities, and simulations will focus on how this can be accomplished. The final day is spent in learning how to most effectively get those big ideas heard, selected from among others on the table, and implemented within a team environment.
