Module description: In this module, the leader will receive 360 degree feedback using assessments from the HayGroup, the preeminent human resources consulting company. These assessments are grounded in deep, cross industry and cross culture, international research. The leader will understand which leadership styles and behaviors are being demonstrated in their workplace, and more importantly the impact on the business results they are having. Participants will have the opportunity to employ their leadership skills during a simulation. With all the demands on a leader today, stress is a constant companion. It is imperative for each leader to understand how stress impacts them at work, and more importantly the results they achieve. Learning to deal with this constant workplace factor is essential not to just survive, but to thrive in the future work environment.
