The Essentials of Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers
This three-day program will provide you with a better understanding of the numbers side of your business. You’ll review basic accounting terminology and concepts and learn how to use financial information to evaluate performance and forecast resource needs. This course gives you an overview and understanding of cost behavior: fixed costs, variable costs, break-even analysis, contribution margin and more.
