EVENTS On September 9, 2005, SMU and the Cox School of Business hosted a Dedication Ceremony for the James M. Collins Executive Education Center. This ceremony included speeches by a number of SMU leaders, including: R. Gerald Turner, President of SMU. Gerald J. Ford (’66, ’69), Chairman of the SMU Board of Trustees. Albert W.
