Course Description:

What is the Disney Approach? How can it be applied to virtually any business or industry? You have the unique educational opportunity to take part one of the most interactive, fun, and useful benchmarking experiences in the world today. Not only will you be able to see what Disney does, but you will also gain valuable insight into how they think about their business from both a strategic and tactical perspective. Whether you’re an experienced business professional or just entering the workforce, this opportunity will provide long-term value to you as an individual and to your organization.

All current Cox Graduate BLC Forum members are eligible to apply for the 2009 program when the BLC presents Leading and Sustaining a Service Culture in conjunction with the Disney Institute in Orlando, Florida.

  • Participate in exclusive field experiences to both onstage and backstage areas to gain insight into all of the work required to execute a memorable vacation experience.
