Spring seminars are filling fast. Students are encouraged to register as "wait listed." Often chairs open three to five days prior to seminars, and those wait listed will be notified by email.
Seminar No-Show Policy: With a majority of the seminars having waitlists, we now have to enforce our no-show policy. Once an enrolled student no-shows for two seminars in a given semester, that student gives up his or her seats in subsequent seminars and moves to the bottom of the waitlist for each future offering. To avoid this, students should always cancel their reservations online in advance. It is requested that students do so prior to 48 hours before the start of a program, so those waiting to fill their seat will have ample time to prepare.
