COX LEADERSHIP FORUM Open to all full-time and professional MBAs, MSM and MSiE students who have completed a minimum of 10 BLC programs. Click here for a full list of current Cox Leadership Forum members.

COX DISTINGUISHED BUSINESS LEADER Open to current members of the Cox Leadership Forum who have completed the following requirements:
- Taken an additional 10 BLC programs in addition to those required for Forum membership (for a total of 20 seminars);
- Held a leadership role either at Cox or within their community;
- Demonstrated servant leadership by completing four hours of a community service project; and
- Read two current leadership books. A list of suggested titles is available here. Books not on the list must be preapproved.
