Global Leadership Symposium

Through the American Airlines Global Leadership Program (AAGLP), all first-year, full-time MBA students travel for two weeks each spring to Europe, Latin America, India, or Greater China, where they meet with leaders of companies, discuss political policies with government leaders, and visit important historical and cultural sites. At the conclusion of the trips, students return to SMU Cox to host the AAGLP symposium, where they give extensive presentations focused on the unique business challenges and opportunities in each of the countries they visited. The symposium is open to Cox students, faculty, and staff as well as members of the DFW business community.
