Tom Daniel is the Senior Vice President and Director of Personnel Decisions International's West Region, headquartered in Dallas. Tom's client work during the past 10 years has focused on managerial and executive talent development. Tom specializes in the design of large-scale leadership development processes that drive business performance and execution. He also coaches individuals and teams to drive organizational change successfully. His clients comprise a prominent and diverse set of organizations, including Brinker International, Wal-Mart, Southwest Airlines, Texas Instruments, Level 3, P.F. Chang’s, and Centex Corporation.
Prior to joining PDI, Tom was the Corporate Manager of Education and Development at a Fortune 200 technology firm. Tom's 10-year tenure at the technology firm took him throughout the U.S., Canada, Asia, Europe, and South America as he served in a variety of HR development roles delivering training, organizational effectiveness consulting, and managerial assessments.
