Sara Smith is Managing Partner and President of C & S Knowledge Co, LLC. Sara spent much of her career with IBM in sales and management. She moved from there to strategic alliances where she was instrumental in developing new businesses for IBM through key technology business partners. Sara moved into internal consulting to become a part of a global transformation team that positioned IBM’s move from a hardware and software business to a premiere services company. She specializes in helping organizations integrate new behaviors to work more effectively across business units and geographies. As a certified coach she leads efforts to create and deploy a team and group approaches to performance improvement.
Sara is certified by The Hay Group as a consultant and coach. She also holds coaching credentials from The Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation. She serves on the board of trustees for Phillips Theological Seminary.
