Paula K. Strasser (Hill)
Paula Strasser is Director of the Edwin L. Cox Business Leadership Center and BBA Leadership Institute at Southern Methodist University. She is also an adjunct faculty member for the Cox School of Business, and teaches in Cox Executive Education Programs.
Ms. Strasser served as Directors of International Management Development and Communications for Pearle, Inc. for twelve years. Prior to joining Pearle, her experience includes Director of Training and Assistant Vice President for two major bank holding companies, Educational Therapist for a psychological academic center, and Personnel Manager at the University of Kansas. Ms. Strasser is a graduate of the University of Kansas where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Education and a Master's degree in Educational Administration with emphasis in Human Resource Management/Psychology.
Ms. Strasser provides consulting for both profit and not-for-profit organizations in leadership, organizational effectiveness, executive presentations, managerial communications, and teams. Currently, she serves on the boards of several organizations.
Paula is married to Bob Strasser, Sr. V.P. and Group Counsel at ACS, and she has one son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Katherine Hill. She enjoys church/community volunteering, dancing, piano, gardening, and travel. Paula and Bob are active members of Park Cities Presbyterian Church.
