Paula K. Strasser (Hill)
Paula Strasser is Director of the Edwin L. Cox BBA Leadership Institute and the Business Leadership Center for MBA students at Southern Methodist University. She is adjunct faculty at the Cox School of Business in leadership, communications, and organizational effectiveness.
Ms. Strasser was with Pearle, Inc. for 13 years, serving as Director of Global Management, Leadership Development and Communications, and Pearle Eye Care University. Prior to joining Pearle, her experience included Director of Training and Assistant Vice President for two major Texas bank holding companies, Educational Therapist for a psychological academic center, and Personnel Manager at the University of Kansas.
Ms. Strasser is a graduate of the University of Kansas where she received Bachelor of Science degrees in Education/Business and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration with emphasis in human resources and psychology.
She provides leadership consulting to organizations in the areas of leader development, organizational effectiveness, leveraging differences, executive presentations, managerial communications, and teams. Currently, she serves on several nonprofit boards and is active at Park Cities Presbyterian Church. She is married and has one son.
