Natalia Reisel is an Assistant Professor of Finance. She joined the Cox School of Business in 2005. Professor Reisel holds a PhD in Finance from Rutgers University , where she won the Dean’s Outstanding Dissertation Award. Her research interests are in the area of corporate finance with a focus on debt security design, corporate restructuring and strategic alliances. She has presented research papers at major finance conferences and several universities. Her paper on bond ratings won the Financial Management Association Best Paper Award in the area of Fixed Income Research in 2005. She teaches the Fixed Income course at the graduate level.
