Current Research
My broad research interests are in the areas of organizational work climate and social issues. My main research area focuses on work climates, which allows me to bridge between the individual and organizational domains. In general, I am interested in how employees’ shared perceptions regarding the policies, practices, and procedures that an organization rewards, supports, and expects affect individual and organizational outcomes. I am also interested in individuals’ perceptions of organizational justice and ethics within organizations and how these also affect organizational outcomes.
