INVESCO Real Estate
Established in 1983 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, INVESCO Real Estate manages approximately $31.4 billion in direct real estate assets and publicly-traded real estate securities (primarily equity REITs). This total represents approximately $12.3 billion in U.S. direct real estate portfolios, $11.3 billion in European direct real estate portfolios, approximately $5.4 billion in U.S. Real Estate Securities portfolios, and $2.4 billion in Global Real Estate Securities portfolios.
