Cheryl Jensen is a Managing Partner and CEO of C & S Knowledge Co, LLC headquartered in Fort Worth TX. Cheryl has worked for several Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, American Airlines, and Frito Lay. In April 2007, she returned from a year with IBM Europe where she led a major sales culture transformation project, resulting in increased sales of 5X one year later. Cheryl specializes in supporting leaders to lead change rather than merely manage or cope with it, as well as creating a fully engaged and energized workforce in the process. She coaches executive clients and their teams in technology, manufacturing, financial services, public sector, and the telecommunications industries.
She is certified by The Hay Group as a consultant and coach and holds a coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute. She serves on the editorial review board for Organizational Dynamics magazine, the advisory board of C5 Partners, an entrepreneurial investment firm in Dallas Texas and is a member of the Exec-U-Link’s Women’s Board.
