The department offers classes in Real Estate, Insurance and Business Law in both the BBA and MBA curriculum. In real estate, a major in Real Estate Finance can be achieved by taking a core set of four real estate courses plus two elective courses offered by the Finance Department. Principles of Insurance classes are offered as an elective in the BBA program.  Courses in risk management are offered in the MBA program. Required courses in Business Law are offered to students in the BBA program to fulfill the ethics requirement for the BBA degree.  Other elective courses are offered in both the BBA and MBA programs regarding contemporary issues in Business Law.
