This course encompasses the policies and practices that high-performing organizations use to attract, retain, and gain a sustainable competitive advantage.  Particular attention is paid towards aligning human resource systems and processes in order to develop organizational capabilities to execute strategies.  The overall goal of the course is to shift the focus of human resources towards that of a strategic partner.
