The increasing popularity of team-based organizational structures is the focus of this course. The course consists of evaluating criteria for measuring team effectiveness, examining team developmental cycles, diagnosing causes of high/poor team performance, design of feedback systems and effective communication technology. Both cases and experiential exercises are utilized as pedagogical tools to enhance students' learning.
