This course follows directly from and builds on the course Strategic Management, which focuses on issues of strategy at the business unit level. The Advanced course will cover at least the four following topics: global strategy, technology strategy, management of the multi-business firm, and strategic alliances and networks. Additional topics may be introduced at the instructor’s discretion.
