  Course Description:  
   
 
A multidisciplinary approach to the study of sales and sales force management. The topic areas of major concern focus on the total sales process, e.g., selection, training, motivation, and compensation of personnel, sales forecasting, sales territory management, and analyses. The basic objectives are to provide the student with a fundamental understanding of the elements of the sales process and to provide the student with a management perspective to plan, organize, and direct a sales force. Prerequisite: MKTG 3340.
