  Course Description:  
   
 
Helping students understand the fundamental concepts necessary for analyzing and improving manufacturing and service operations is the primary objective of the course. Topics covered include forecasting process analysis, project management, inventory management, linear programming, and supply chain management. Prerequisites: ACCT 2311, STAT 2301/2331, ECO 1311 and 1312, and Calculus.
